By accessing and using the Leyona platform (hereinafter "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our Service. Leyona Technologies (hereinafter "Leyona", "we", "our") reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on our website.

2. Service Description

Leyona is an AI-powered intelligent accounting platform specifically designed for Moroccan businesses. Our Service includes, but is not limited to:

• Automatic data extraction from accounting documents (invoices, receipts, bank statements)
• Automatic generation of tax declarations compliant with Moroccan legislation (SIMPL-VAT, SIMPL-CT, SIMPL-IT, ADS, CNSS)
• Detection of fraud, duplicates, and accounting anomalies
• Analytical dashboard and CRM management tools

3. User Obligations

By using Leyona, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and use of the Service
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and assume responsibility for all activities performed under your account
• Not use the Service for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including Moroccan tax and accounting legislation

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the Service, including but not limited to software, artificial intelligence algorithms, databases, content, logos, trademarks, and designs, are the exclusive property of Leyona Technologies or its licensors. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or use of the Service or its components is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

Leyona provides the Service "as is" and does not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure. While we strive to maintain the accuracy of extracted data and generated declarations, the user remains responsible for verifying and validating the information produced by the Service. Leyona shall not be held liable for errors, omissions, or delays in tax declarations, nor for any resulting tax penalties, except in cases of gross negligence or proven fault on our part.

6. Data Protection

The collection, processing, and protection of your personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms of Service. We are committed to protecting your data in accordance with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.

7. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Leyona reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, in case of violation of these Terms of Service or for any other reason deemed appropriate.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
